SHIPPING POLICY

Processing time 

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 working days from the time of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another once it has shipped.

Delivery times

Standard UK delivery: 5 to 15 working days from dispatch. Some products may arrive sooner depending on the supplier location. Estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout.

Shipping costs 

Standard UK shipping is £3.99. Free shipping on all UK orders over £40. 

Order tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your parcel. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after dispatch.

Delays

While we work hard to ensure your order arrives on time, some delays can occur due to customs processing, courier issues, or unforeseen circumstances. If your order has not arrived within 20 working days of dispatch, please contact us at chikeodogwu10@gmail.com and we will investigate.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and either arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.

Address changes 

If you need to change your delivery address, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to change the delivery address.
